Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy • A non‑refundable retainer is required to secure your date. • Remaining balances are due by the specified deadline outlined in your invoice or contract. • Bookings are confirmed only once payment and signed agreement are received. • Dates cannot be held without a retainer. Cancellation Policy • All retainers are non‑refundable. • Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are responsible for the full remaining balance. • Cancellations made before the 30‑day window may be eligible for partial credit toward a future service, depending on availability. • If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. Waitlist Policy • If your preferred date is fully booked, you may join our waitlist at no cost. • Should a spot open, clients on the waitlist will be contacted in order of request. • You will have 24 hours to confirm the booking before the date is offered to the next client. • A retainer is required immediately upon acceptance to secure the newly available date.
