How long does my chauffeur wait for me?
We understand that navigating airports can be quite an adventure. Once you've landed, your chauffeur is ready and waiting, prepared to patiently wait beyond your scheduled pickup time. Importantly, there won't be any additional charges if the delay is caused by circumstances beyond your control, such as customs, baggage claim, complex airport layouts, or special assistance requirements.
If the delay isn't due to these factors, it may not qualify for free wait time. However, no need to worry – just inform us if you require more time, and we'll work together to make the necessary arrangements. Our primary goal is to ensure your arrival is smooth, stress-free, and tailored to your needs. Whenever you require assistance, we're here to lend a helping hand!
Now, in the rare event that we haven't heard from you after your flight has landed and all your bags have been retrieved, we'll wait an extra 30 minutes to provide some additional flexibility. If it appears that you haven't made it during that time, we'll reach out to you multiple times before considering it a "No-Show" and releasing the vehicle. In such a case, we would regard the service as completed, and if you need another ride, you would need to make a new reservation for your revised pickup time.
