For cancellations made within 7 days or less before the scheduled pickup, we regret to inform you that no refunds will be issued. However, we offer the option to convert the amount you've paid into credit, which can be applied toward your future transfers with our company.
We recognize that plans can sometimes take unexpected turns, and we are here to accommodate you. If you need to make changes to your departure or arrival times, we are more than happy to work with you, provided that these adjustments are communicated to us in a timely manner.
